This is part of the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, the largest expanse of coastal sand dunes in North America and one of the largest expanses of temperate coastal sand dunes in the world. You can walk for miles out onto the dunes, but be careful, lots of dune buggies are also out. I love this place!
