Perfect summer day for getting my ORU out for a kayak trip. Scappoose Creek has a very cool gizmo to launch the boat, see last pic. Mt St Helens looked like it was erupting again with billowing white clouds. Turtles and snowy egret.
Such a nice day.

Yeah the elk are everywhere in Cannon Beach. This guy photo-bombed our sunset photos, then trotted off up the driveway!

Here’s another one for ya. Mt Washington sunset. This view was from a house we stayed at a few years ago, it was a few miles outside Sisters. So far this year I have three new drawings of central Oregon. It’s a wonderland.
