Smith Rock

Stunning rock formations, cut through by the meandering Crooked River make this a very cool State Park. It’s a rock climber’s paradise with several thousand listed climbs. It’s also filled with great hiking and mountain biking trails. The rock gorge is habitat for lots of birds, including the White-throated Swifts I’ve pictured here.
