Tamanawas Falls

We did this hike in January when it was a winter wonderland—aka snowy. And icy. I had crampons and my daughter had yaktrax, otherwise it would’ve been pretty dicey. We were able to make it to the waterfall thanks to our traction devices, but a lot of people had to turn back. This is a great hike any time of the year but it’s become very popular so it’s hard to find a place to park. It’s especially pretty in fall.
